Text 'CLUB' to 62111 and you will receive a unique barcode ID and/or number.
- Where can I use my SHOP SCAN SAVE barcode?
At participating PayPoint outlets.
- How do I know which offers are available?
You can check your offers by reviewing your text messages in your inbox. Alternatively you can text 'OFFERS' to 62111 to receive their list.
- What if I delete my weekly offers?
Just text 'OFFERS' to 62111 and we will send you a list of your available offers.
- Can I redeem offers online?
Afraid not, they are only redeemable at participating PayPoint outlets.
- What happens if I lose my barcode or number?
If you lose or delete your barcode just text 'BARCODE' to 62111 and we will send your unique barcode ID back to you.
- What happens if I get a new mobile number?
Text the word 'CLUB' to 62111 and we will send you a new barcode.
- What happens if I upgrade my mobile?
Each barcode is allocated to a particular mobile phone number. If you
have upgraded and retained your number simply text 'NEW' to 62111 and
we will send you your barcode.
- Can I use the discount to get money off goods that are not specified on the offers list?
No, you can only redeem discounts against the list of products in your text message, remember only one redemption per customer and all coupons have an expiry date.
- Do I have to hand the retailer my mobile phone for them to scan it?
You can shoose to either hand your mobile to the retailer, hold the mobile up at the PayPoint terminal to scan or read out the 8-digit number beneath the SHOP SCAN SAVE mobile barcode for the retailer to key in manually.
- What does it cost to send and receive SHOP SCAN SAVE text messages?
Text messages received are free of charge and text messages sent from your mobile phone will be charged at your standard network rates.
- How much does it cost me to receive offers?
It is free to join the club* and receive offers. You will not be charged for texts sent to your mobile phone - if you would like to send us a text *it will be charged at your standard network rate.
